Policy, Terms & Limits

• Reservations must be secured with Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Your card will be charged upon arrival.
• All rates include a full breakfast.
• All rates are subject to an additional 9% combined West Virginia sales and lodging tax.
• We ask that you join us for 2 nights on weekends between April 1 and Dec 31. Single night stays may be subject to a $25 surcharge.
• Guests may check in between 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm, and departure is by 12:00 noon.
• We are happy to make special arrangements to accommodate your travel schedule.
• For the safety and comfort of all guests, smoking and candles are not permitted in the B&B.
• Cancellations:
  
  1. A $25 per room per night fee will be automatically charged for each cancellation.
  2. Cancellations must be made at least 14 days before scheduled arrival date. Reservations canceled after that will be charged the room rate if the room cannot be rebooked.
  3. No-shows will be charged for the entire amount of reserved visit.
  4. Reservations of 3 rooms require 30-day cancellation notice. 50% of total reservation amount will be charged if cancellation is made less than 30 days in advance.
  5. Any requested advance bookings with outside service providers are subject to their cancellation policies and charges.

• Sorry, we are unable to accommodate pets and small children under the age of 13.
• Room rates quoted are for a maximum of two people. There is a $30 charge per night for a 3rd person in any room.
